Snag Your Tickets Now to the Chesapeake Oyster & Wine Festival on Sept. 28
Posted September 18th, 2019Attention local foodies and wine lovers: Clear your calendar for Saturday, Sept. 28 because the Chesapeake Oyster and Wine Festival is returning to the National Harbor. Starting at 9 a.m. and running for 12 straight hours, this annual celebration features plenty of locally caught oysters and locally produced wine, though there’s still plenty to love about this festival, even if oysters just aren’t your thing. This year’s big addition is a lobster tent with crab cakes, po’boys, and additional non-seafood options. Local breweries, cideries, and wineries will also be on hand to make sure that you don’t get parched in between bites.
Tickets are on sale now (check the website for details). If you really want to go all-out, consider purchasing VIP tickets, which include early access, a free wine glass, unlimited wine tasting, private bathrooms, access to the Bloody Mary pavilion and more. Note: all attendees must be 21 or over.
