Mark your calendars, Luminary residents. This October is chock full of great events, including Halloween festivities, fundraisers for important causes, and more.

Resident Events at Luminary

You don’t even have to leave your home at Luminary to have some fun this fall. On October 12th, we’ll be hosting a Breast Cancer Awareness event with Cupcakes & Rosé in the lobby from 4-6pm. The following week, on October 17th, we’ll have free dessert in the lobby thanks to Xfinity. Plus, every Tuesday at 7pm, you can join us for a yoga class in the fitness center.

10/20, 6:30pm: Halloween Drag Bingo at Ministry of Brewing

Enjoy a fun evening of drag bingo for a cause with Ministry of Brewing’s Halloween Drag Bingo night, benefitting the Trevor Project.

10/21, 6pm: Halloween Night Drag Brunch

Grab your friends for a Halloween-themed Drag Brunch at The Point. Don’t forget to book your seat in advance as seating is limited.

10/22, 4pm: 23rd Great Halloween Lantern Parade & Festival

Get into the Halloween spirit at this lantern parade and fall-themed festival located in Patterson Park.

10/27, 10pm: Halloween Rally: Glow Edition

Tired of leading the monster mash? Get your glow on and party at Power Plant Live to EDM hits and top 40 tracks for this Halloween celebration. 

10/28, 6:30pm: Bike Party- Halloween Ride!

This festive bike ride departs from St. Mary’s Park and concludes with an afterparty at Monument City Brewing Co.

10/29, 10am: 2nd Annual Costume PAWty

Let’s be honest, our four-legged friends’ costumes are even cuter than ours, so bring them to this adorable costume party at The Choptank.

10/29, 1pm: Baltimore Halloween Crawl 2022 

With stops at 10+ bars and plenty of drink specials, this Halloween bar crawl is sure to be a ghastly good time.

10/29, 1-5pm: 2022 SOBO Halloween Bash

Visit Riverside Park for a Halloween Bash including carnival games, snacks, and a fall market featuring some of our favorite SOBO shops.

10/29, 7pm: Halloween 2022 @ The Science Center

DJs, tribute bands, and other live musical acts will be taking over the science center for an unforgettable Halloween party.

10/29, 8pm: Spooky Costume Contest Party

If you’re a DIY costume pro, don’t miss the chance to show it off at this Costume Contest Party. Winners will receive up to $230, so go big or go home!

10/29, 9pm: Halloween Drag Show & Dance Party

Don’t miss Ottobar’s Halloween Drag Show & Dance Party with shows by Little Piece, Tiara Missou, and Numi Von.

10/30, 11am: Sunday Funday Halloween Costume Brunch

Beat the Sunday scaries at a Halloween Costume Brunch. Don’t forget to wear your costume–– the best costume will win a $50 gift certificate to Schola! 

All month: The Original Fells Point GhostWalk

Learn about your spookiest neighbors at this cool (and not too scary) ghost tour through Fells Point.

All month: Frightful Flicks in Center Plaza

Nothing says Halloween like a scary movie. Head to Center Plaza for a selection of classic scary movie showings all month long.

10/13, 7pm: Bullseyes to Battle Breast Cancer

Swing by Urban Axes for an axe-citing night of axe throwing. 50% of ticket sales will be donated to Making Strides Against Breast Cancer.

10/15: The Baltimore Running Festival

Lace up your running shoes and join the 21st annual Baltimore Marathon running festival.

10/29: BARCStoberfest

Patterson Park is turning into Patterson “bark” for an exciting BARCStoberfest festival benefiting the Baltimore Animal Rescue and Care Shelter.
